Martha comes from a very different background, bringing her European education, as well as her experience in the Latin market. With those two formulas, Martha’s point of view about skin care is that it should be a routine, consistent discipline in the life of every individual. Women should use skin care as part of their self care, daily routine. In the European market, having an esthetician is part of your self-help, healthy daily life routine. Just as you have a hair dresser, dentist, gynecologist, family practice physician, you also have an esthetician. In the Latin market, having an esthetician not only involves your face, but it also involves body care.
When Martha came to the United States, her number one goal has been education. Throughout her career, she’s educated and empowered women to do some self-care and take care of their skin. Skin is not only what shows, but is also a reflection of our body and our spirit. It reflects our health, and anxiety and stress. Martha wanted to treat skin, but also wanted to educate her clients on how their lifestyle impacts their skin through a constructive, loving conversation.
Our skincare treatments have evolved as the skin care market has evolved. Even though the European and Latin markets are way more advanced, Martha has remained consistent with the market in the United States, complying with the allowances through the State Board of Cosmetology.
